I have been actively utilizing Lean tools and methodology for over 13 years helping public and private companies improve and design business processes within their organizations. As a CERTIFIED LEAN 6 SIGMA BLACK BELT, I enjoy finding WASTE in a business process and I have enjoyed teaching many of my coworkers the Lean tools that allow me to do so. Now they have that knowledge to do the same. With that same purpose, I have created this course to provide this knowledge to businesses (large and small), entrepreneurs, and anyone else who wants to make an impact within their organization. As an Army Veteran, I'm all about mission...and it's my mission to arm as many people as possible with these Lean tools to help them SAVE TIME and SAVE MONEY. I'm also all about purpose...and that's all in my Company's name...MTD Solutionz. That is "Make The Difference" Solutionz. It is my purpose to "make the difference" in many lives through creative solutions such as this course. The time is now to get it done!
